It was an evening defined by unity, gratitude, and strong political camaraderie as High Chief Olanrewaju Bashorun, popularly known as LarryBash, hosted leaders and stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State to a special 2026 Ramadan Iftar at his residence.
The well-attended gathering brought together an array of prominent party figures, including ward executives, youth representatives, women leaders, elders, and respected traditional authorities. All converged in the true spirit of Ramadan to break the fast—an atmosphere rich in faith, unity, and shared political purpose.
Guests arrived ahead of the Maghrib prayer to a warmly arranged setting that reflected the core values of Ramadan—simplicity, generosity, compassion, and gratitude. Following the call to prayer, Muslim faithful observed prayers before collectively breaking their fast in line with Islamic tradition.
Beyond its religious significance, the Iftar served as a strategic platform for party leaders to reflect on the growth of the APC in Ado-Odo/Ota and to acknowledge the impactful contributions of LarryBash to the development of the party within the constituency.
In his remarks, the APC Chairman in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Hon. J.J. Also speaking, the APC Women Leader in the local government, Hon. Mrs. Waliat Ogunbiyi, welcomed party faithful and praised LarryBash for his generosity and passion in bringing leaders together during the holy month.
She equally applauded the leadership of Hon. Akeran for fostering cohesion within the party, describing LarryBash as a leader whose political approach reflects sincerity, humility, and a commitment to empowerment.
“His leadership style embodies dedication to the welfare of the people—qualities essential for sustainable community and political development,” she said.

He extended special appreciation to the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, as well as other party stakeholders for their continued encouragement.
