The KTO Grassroots Movement for YAYI 2027 has congratulated the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI), FCA, on the official opening of his campaign office in Abeokuta, describing the development as a significant milestone in the party’s preparations for the 2027 governorship election.
The movement, in a statement signed by its leadership, said the inauguration of the campaign office, located at Omida, beside the Olubara’s Palace, Abeokuta, marks the beginning of what it described as a well-coordinated journey towards delivering a greater and more prosperous Ogun State under Adeola’s leadership.
The office was officially opened amid the presence of party leaders, traditional rulers, government officials, political associates and supporters, reinforcing the APC’s resolve to intensify mobilisation ahead of the governorship election.
Congratulating the APC flag bearer, the KTO Grassroots Movement said the campaign headquarters would serve as a strategic hub for grassroots engagement, stakeholder consultations and campaign coordination across the 20 local government areas of the state.
The movement reaffirmed its unwavering support for Senator Adeola’s governorship ambition, pledging to mobilise support across every ward, local government and senatorial district to ensure the success of the YAYI 2027 project.
“We heartily congratulate our leader and the APC governorship candidate, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI), FCA, on the official opening of the campaign office. This is a significant milestone and a clear indication that the journey towards building a greater Ogun State has truly begun,” the statement read.
It added that the movement remains convinced that Adeola possesses the experience, leadership capacity and vision required to consolidate on the developmental strides of the current administration while advancing economic growth, infrastructure development, youth empowerment and inclusive governance across the state.
According to the group, its members are fully committed to sustaining grassroots mobilisation and expanding support for the APC candidate ahead of the 2027 governorship election.
“As a movement passionately committed to the YAYI 2027 Project, we reaffirm our unwavering loyalty, dedication and resolve to mobilise massive grassroots support across every ward, local government and senatorial district to ensure a resounding victory at the polls,” the statement added.
The KTO Grassroots Movement further expressed confidence that the APC candidate would provide purposeful leadership capable of taking Ogun State to greater heights if elected governor.
The official opening of the campaign office is widely regarded by political observers as a major step in the APC’s electioneering efforts, signalling the transition from consultations to full-scale political mobilisation as the countdown to the 2027 governorship election gathers momentum.
